• We use a customised professional home bleaching system supplied by Optident. They are a well established dental materials company and who are pioneers in bringing the best American tooth whitening products to the UK for many years now.

• The best and most controlled method of tooth whitening is using a professionally custom made enamel cover (like a sports mouthguard but much thinner).

• Patients will wear this over their teeth with a measured amount of whitener inside the tooth cover. This can be worn at night whilst sleeping.

• Alternatively wearing for two hours per day can be almost as effective.
